I collaborate with the Food Anthropology Laboratory, a place where food is culture, identity, and sharing.
Here, on Sundays for brunch, I offer dishes that reflect the soul culture of my in-laws, which has shaped my way of eating, the influences and that soulful cuisine that I always carry with me.

The Faces of Taste
My story and my cuisine were selected in September 2024 to represent the faces of "Il Gusto".
And that's how I want to experience cooking. I don't want prisons of identity, I don't want battles of principle between guanciale and pancetta, I want the freedom to create something that perhaps wasn't there before, a flavor to be understood, a taste that seeks to connect. Cooking can be the skill of following rules, but also an act of creativity, and at the same time an openness to others, to new tastes, new ideas, new adventures.
